Return Policy

At Laura & Paul London, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, if for any reason you wish to return an item, this policy clearly explains how our return process works.

Return Conditions

  • You may only request a return after receiving your item.

  • Return shipping costs, including any international postage or customs fees, are the customer’s full responsibility.

  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

  • Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not.

  • Ordering the same product in multiple sizes or colours with the intention to return part of the order is not permitted.

  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

How to Return an Item

  1. Request your return by emailing us at info@laurapaullondon.com within 30 days of receiving your item.

  2. You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China) along with the necessary return instructions.

  3. Send your item back at your own expense, including any applicable customs duties or shipping costs.

  4. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your tracking number as proof of shipment.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected at the return address, and its condition has been approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method only.
Please note that shipping and customs fees are non-refundable.

Liability

  • Laura & Paul London is not responsible for lost or missing parcels if tracking confirms that the package was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • We cannot modify or cancel shipments once they have been processed by our logistics partner.
