Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.
Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to become active after dispatch.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that delivery may take longer during busy periods such as holidays, or due to customs inspections, courier delays, or unforeseen logistical issues.
We work closely with our shipping partners to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible.


Shipping Method and Origin

All orders are shipped directly from our trusted supplier in China.
Depending on the destination country, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping prices.

Your parcel will be delivered by one of our global courier partners (e.g., Royal Mail, DPD, or another regional delivery service), depending on your location.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • The destination country

  • The shipping method selected

All applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.


Responsibility During Shipping

  • Once the tracking information shows that your parcel has been delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

  • Laura & Paul London cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete address.

  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • We cannot modify or cancel orders once they have been processed by our logistics partners.
